A powerful order was issued by the Washington State Supreme Court on Thursday, Dec. 20, 2012, confirming what every school district in Washington knows to be true: The State is failing miserably to make progress on complying with the McCleary order to make “real and measurable progress” toward fully funding K-12 education.
